Her goal is to assist her clients into a quality of life that will allow them to continue to enjoy a more productive and active lifestyle.  She is committed to the health and wellness of her clients.

“I believe that every massage should be as unique as you are. Each individual has different expectations for his or her massage, which may include reducing stress, alleviating headaches, muscular pain, or improving flexibility. Some of the other benefits of regular massage include a strengthened immune system, improved circulation, better posture, and more energy. If you have a specific concern, please let me know and we can discuss what options may benefit you. Every session is customized to fit your specific needs in a safe, professional, and comfortable environment.”

Services Offered

Swedish Massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage in the United States. It involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. The pressure used can be light, medium or deep. This type of massage is used to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of muscle and connective tissue.  It uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage but the pressure will generally be more intense.  It is also a more focused type of massage, as I work to release chronic muscle tension or knots.  (Also known as adhesions)

Sports Massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. But you don't have to be in the Olympics to benefit from sports massage. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

Pregnancy Massage is much like a Swedish massage.  I have experience working with women through their entire pregnancy. I can use pregnancy pillows that allow you to lie on your tummy or you can lie on your side-whichever is most comfortable. I have many pillows and bolsters to perfectly support you and keep you comfortable during your pregnancy massage.
