Somato-Respiratory Integration Introductory Workshop

Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a practice often used in conjunction with NSA to enhance mind-body awareness and connection. It is a practice that can be guided with a facilitator or done on your own to enhance the parasympathetic-side of the autonomic nervous system - that part of physiology that helps our bodies heal better, feel calmer, make better decisions, AND connect with intuition. Jae (SRI facilitator) and Dr. Leah will be hosting a facilitated hands-on workshop to introduce SRI practice, the Stages of Healing, and SRI exercises. The goal is for you to gain skills that can be used whenever and wherever to enhance mind-body connection, lower stress physiology, enhance your NSA adjustment process, and continue building the intuition muscle.
**Special, for the month of December, bring your yoga mat and end the class with a guided group SRI session! Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful space to re-set and reconnect during the busy holiday season.
